In the realm of weather supervision, the Center of Weather Supervision (C.O.W.S) undertakes a monumental mission every monsoon. Their duty: to ensure that every cloud adorning the sky, bearing the gift of the monsoon, possesses an ample water supply for the season ahead. However, prior to fulfilling this crucial task, each cloud must undergo meticulous inspection and necessary repairs to avoid any malfunctions along the way. This critical responsibility falls upon the skilled shoulders of the Meteorology Optimization Officers (MOOs) whose sole objective is to guarantee that when it rains, it pours!
