Dr. Nora Thorne, the respected head of the asylum, has long been a pioneer in psychiatric care, pushing the limits of the mind to treat even the most dangerous patients. Yet beneath her esteemed reputation lies a deadly obsession—her forbidden experiments have unleashed something far worse than anyone could imagine.
When Dr. Thorne is found dead under horrific and mysterious circumstances, Detective Rowan Blackwell calls upon the party to investigate the growing horrors within Hollowgate. Disappearances and unsettling paranormal activity plague the asylum.
As the party delves deeper into the decaying halls, they must face monstrous creatures, eerie horrors, and uncover the truth behind Dr. Thorne’s dark research. But the deeper they go, the more the entity mocks and manipulates them, pushing them toward madness.
The mission is clear—save those still sane and retain their humanity within the asylum’s cursed walls. But will they succeed, or will they become part of Hollowgate’s forgotten legacy?
