Greyhawk Lives! 1.1 Whispers of the Sleeping Vale (GL: WotSV) is a two-day in-person event hosted and DMed by the team behind the Greyhawk living campaign. It is a westmarch campaign being run on Discord. We are a team of long time Dungeon Masters, Game Designers, and D&D Experts who have weaved narrative stories for 100s of players in our shared campaign world.
Players seeking a deep experience with massively collaborative narratives, strong themes, choices and consequences are drawn to our worlds. Above everything, players seeking community are best served by us. We request your time, and willingness to interact in exchange for this experience.
Each day of the event will feature a limited number of tables - with each table limited to 5 players - that will tell a connected story driven by a blend of player choices and narrative outcomes. Each game will be affected by another, including the games on different days.
Flow of the event
The event is more than a game, it’s a D&D convention-like experience. As you are handed the character sheet, various different corners of the venue will have:

Talk to the people to point out where in the world your character comes from. -
NPCs to warm up your role-play nerves.
Colorful personalities to talk to in character, best way to break the ice and get to talk to other characters. -
Starting Cinematic.
An establishing narrated story. To get everyone in the groove of the setting and the story.
