Looks like Splendor is out of stock 
Hamleys also has Settlers of Catan, which is also discounted by 30% with the same coupon codes. That brings it to 2799 which is slightly cheaper than Amazon India.
Now also available on Flipkart for 1,999. Not sure how many in stock.
