An expansionist army has been conquering large portions of the land. The war between the natives and those seeking conquest is at a stalemate, for now, but the fear of war hangs over everyone. Your party arrives at the small town of Contrerasan, strangely filled with colonists, where rumors of a “Soul Shattering Cry that echoes over the Waters” have every family fearful of the river, the very one you need to cross.
This is a beginner-friendly adventure built for new and experienced players alike. You’ll be playing a level 3 (or 5) character which can be chosen among pre-generated or custom options. The outline of this adventure takes you through character-driven choices in a difficult region, with a good mix of Exploration, Roleplay, and Combat
